Production Process
The raw material is hot rolled sheet, production process including pickling, cold rolling, degreasing, box annealing, flattening, tension leveling and tin plating. All the manufacturing equipment are designed and manufactured by Chinese top design institutes and equipment manufacturers. The push-pull pickling line (annual production capacity: 500,000 tons) is equipped with waste acid regeneration facility. The electrolytic tinning production line (annual production capacity: 200,000 tons) is advanced in China, adopting Ferrostan electrolytic tinning process, using PT insolvable anode and IGBT eliminator power technologies.
